Our PD Max process is broken up into 3 major phases: Business Max, Deal Max & Closing Max
Phase 1 is called Business Max. In this phase we go through the process of setting up your business, brand, technology and even recruit and hire your team.
We take creative direction from you but we do all of the hard work of registering your business LLC, building your brand, website, your CRM/marketing automation system and even hire your staff.
Let’s look at each of the deliverables that we have put in place to ensure success.
Deliverable 1 is Business Launch Max, where we dive into building your business with the right foundation from the start.
The core deliverable for this step is the launch of your successful real estate investment business.
It will help you launch the perfect REI business structure, with all the pieces in place without expensive hires and costly mistakes.
In this step we will:
Create your LLC and business structure so that you are optimized for profitsDesign your brand & a logo that builds trust, validation & rapport with potential home sellersSet up all of your social media accounts to be hot seller lead magnets for your new business

Deliverable 2 in our PD Max road map is called Systems Launch Max.
The core deliverable for this step is the launch of a complete marketing automation & business system
The general topic for this step is done-for-you REI technology set up and it will give you a fully automated marketing platform without the cost of an expensive marketing agency
In this deliverable we will:
Build a custom website based on your brand so you can generate leads onlineCustomize your CRM so your team is ready to receive & organize leads and take actionLaunch you marketing automation and follow up sequences so that you can be confident that no lead is ever left behind
This part alone has taken us 20 years of experience to be able to deliver.
The value for this step is $20,000, but you get it all included in your PD Max partnership.
Deliverable 3 of our PD Max roadmap to success is called Team Launch Max, where we build your world class Acquisitions Team so you don’t waste time & money on bad hires with poor training.
In this step we will:
We create recruiting profiles to bring in new team members and generate a flood of qualified candidatesWe interview each one of your potential team members to ensure we hire the right ones for youWe hire your team members AND pay for them!
This step alone is worth $30,000 but you get it included in your PD Max partnership.
Phase 1 of our PD max program has the total value of $60,000.
But we are not done delivering yet!
Phase 2 is called Deal Max. We manage your REI team to generate qualified leads & find deals for you. We focus on training, motivating, & managing your team for results.
